These players are not able to join servers via an IP/address. On Minecraft Bedrock Edition, players on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PS4 are limited to playing on 'Featured Servers' approved by Mojang/Microsoft.

On java edition, when you add a server, you'd put the server IP as 166.0.224.40:19430 This means, the server IP is 166.0.224.40 and the port is 19430

For a particular server you have, click on the server from the server list, and you would be at the console page. You can find your server IP on WitherPanel.
